Every program begins with a TPI Movement Assessment and power testing.
The TPI Movement Assessment uses a series of movement screens to evaluate how your body moves and how those limitations may influence your golf swing. Power testing measures key physical qualities that correlate to clubhead speed. This helps us identify where strength, speed, or rotational power may be holding you back.
Your results are then used to guide your training plan, with a clear interactive report that outlines your biggest opportunities for improvement and the steps needed to address them.

I currently offer both at-home or in-facility training sessions.
I offer at-home training sessions throughout the South Bay and Peninsula. I offer in-facility sessions out of PerformanceGaines in Palo Alto, CA and NorCal Functional Fitness in Campbell, CA. -
I offer flexible pricing based on the location and number of people included in your training session.
During our initial consultation, I will provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

Training sessions are typically scheduled for 60 minutes but can be as long as 90 minutes.
All initial assessments are scheduled for 60 minutes.
My free consultations are scheduled for 20 minutes and can be conducted either virtually or over the phone depending on your preference.

I offer 1-on-1, buddy, and small group training sessions (3-4 individuals).
If you are able to provide a larger training space that can accommodate more people I can train up to 6 people at a time. -
